Shipment Options
All US orders are shipped via FedEx and require a physical “ship to” address. Call for rate quotes. Shipment options are:
- Ground (3-5 business days)
- 3 Day (3 business days)
- 2 Day (2 business days)
- Standard Overnight (next day by 10:30am)
- Priority Overnight (next day by 8:30am)
- Saturday Delivery Available
International orders are shipped via DHL 2 Day shipping. Call for rate quotes.
Orders received M-F by 4:30 pm CST will be shipped the same day they are received. Extended shipping hour are available until 11:00 pm CST M-F and 2:00 pm CST on Saturday. Orders needing extended shipping hours must be received by phone.
Payment Terms
We accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, and all major credit cards. Payment terms of Net 30 may be established for accounts in good standing. Prepayment or a favorable credit reference may be required.
Drop Ship Program
This option is available to organizations with multiple locations or customers who re-sell our products. The Drop Ship Program offers the following advantages:
- Cost Efficiencies – let us warehouse, manage, and ship your orders for you eliminating overhead cost. Not to mention eliminating the cost of multiple shipments.
- Custom Packaging – we will package shipments to meet your specifications (customized packing slips, promotional material, your logo/letterhead, etc.).
- Private Labeling – customize your products – take advantage of our current established volume for flexible product packaging and labeling (minimum order requirements).
- Confidentiality – non-compete / non-disclosure agreement with your client base.
